Supports problem resolution of problems to less experienced personnel. Runs testing routines or scripts provided by engineering staff. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in networks IMACD activities (Hands-On)
  • Cisco Systems familiarity - Switching (switching layer 2 and 3)
  • - Wireless
  • Understanding of TCP/UDP IP Protocol
  • Knowledge of industrial networking an asset
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Task management
  • Change management
  • Problem management
  • Experience working with network systems, networking principles
  • Experience working with network software and hardware
  • Skilled in time, priority, and task management
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving skills for IMACD of network infrastructure
