  • Design, implement, and manage network security solutions to safeguard the organization's information systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain firewalls, including Cisco, Palo Alto, FireEye, and other security appliances.
  • Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and potential threats and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and implementation of security measures.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network security-related issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  • Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and other networking devices.
  • Perform network engineering tasks such as network design, network topology planning, and configuration management.
  • Optimize network performance and troubleshoot network issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Manage and maintain VPNs and other secure remote access solutions.
  • 8 years of experience in IT and/or cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted)
  • Experience with installation and integrating Firewalls such as Cisco, Palo Alto, FireEye, or similar
  • Network protocols, routing, and switching experience
  • Active Top Secret required with ability to obtain SCI
  • Familiarity with the NIST 800, FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, Security Controls, and the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) operating standards and applicable guidelines
  • You have one or more of the following certifications: Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper), Network+, Security+
