Netrix Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Sales Engineer to serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our customers, partners, and internal teams. This role is pivotal in bridging business strategy with technology solutions, providing technical leadership, and influencing product and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance experience
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks such as NIST
  • Understanding and practical implementation experience of CMMC, HIPAA, PCI, FedRAMP, etc., regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Modern Secure Network Infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation experience
  • Modern Private and Hybrid Datacenter infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation experience.
  • Experience with WIFI, LAN, WAN, SDWAN, Hypervisors, Storage Arrays, SAN.
  • Experience with network security technologies to achieve ZTNA, such as firewalls, network admission control solutions, SASE/SSE cloud-based security, and ZTNA.
  • Experience with network and security technology stacks from vendors including Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, HPE, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Local, and Nutanix.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 10+ years of experience in Application Modernization, Data, and AI as a technology leader.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity GRC.
  • Sales acumen with a proven ability to support and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, including partner, channel, account, and marketing structures.
  • Extensive relationship-building and customer engagement expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of key players and competitors in the technology ecosystem.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams, shaping technology strategies, and driving innovation.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and business analysis.
  • Highly responsive, adaptable, and solution-oriented in dynamic business environments.
  • A curious and creative mindset, always seeking new ways to enhance partnerships and business impact.
  • Extensive experience in deal-making and business development, with a track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of project management, Agile methodologies, and business analysis best practices.
  • Experience conducting project and program reviews with client executives and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in preparing and presenting industry analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage cross-functional demands, and foster a culture of partnership and collaboration.

Nice To Haves

  • CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, Security or Datacenter (fully certified Written+ LAB) highly desired/preferred

Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Advisory Serve as the primary technology advisor for customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior business leaders.
  • Identify and address customer challenges, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Technical Strategy & Solution Development Provide expert guidance on technology investments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Shape the vision and roadmap for cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Shape the vision and roadmap for network, network security, and data center infrastructure.
  • Influence the development of new services and solutions to meet evolving market demands.
  • Sales & Business Growth Support Partner with sales teams to effectively communicate the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Assist in deal qualification, solutions, and closing by providing technical credibility and expertise.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, including presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Pitching Netrix capabilities to clients as well as business-aligned solutions/proposals Thought Leadership & Industry Influence Act as a recognized leader in Network Infrastructure and datacenter infrastructure.
  • Act as a recognized leader in cybersecurity GRC.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, conferences, and partner engagements.
  • Develop thought leadership content such as whitepapers, blogs, and case studies.
