  • Support a Raytheon program in a classified environment as a Network Operations Center (NOC) System Administrator.
  • Monitor the Infrastructure Service Provider (ISP) hosting equipment and services consisting of computers (server), networks, storage, and backup & archive.
  • Answer and manage calls in a 24x7 monitoring center.
  • Provide prompt and professional responses to incidents and inquiries.
  • Monitor system dashboards for the status of services.
  • Create Incidents in the Incident Management system.
  • Assign Incidents to the appropriate Tier-2/Tier-3 assignment groups.
  • Assist with troubleshooting services to restore full Mission Capability.
  • Coordinate with other service Providers when incidents span system boundaries.
  • Investigate and rectify procedural discrepancies.
  • Identify areas of process improvement.
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Must have active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with poly security clearance prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience in a technical operations environment.
  • Experience with Windows.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Experience with Science Logic.
  • Experience with virtual/cloud computing technologies such as Citrix, VMware, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Experience with storage products from Oracle, EMC, Dell, Isilon, NetApp.
