About The Position

As a Sr Network Engineer/Architect with MTSI you will provide technical guidance and direction for transport network design and engineering, network routing protocols, advanced virtual networking technologies for missions to support operations Other Duties: Establish overall strategic network standards and priorities Plan large-scale projects through vendor comparison and cost studies Analyze the optimization of network system performance Oversee the strategic interface of network systems configuration Design and define system architecture for new or existing systems Design, implement, and maintain hybrid cloud integration with multiple public cloud service providers Identify COMSEC security requirements for the networks and platforms

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience working as a Network Engineer/Architect
• Familiarity with DoD, IC, and inter-departmental/inter-agency collaboration
• Expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, BGP, etc.) and security standards.
• Familiarity with DoD compliance frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise-level network monitoring and management tools.
• Experience in designing and defining system architecture for new or existing systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field REQUIRED
• Candidate must have a US Top Secret SCI security clearance with SAP experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
