About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET and Angular Engineer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade web applications for the healthcare domain. This role requires a strong technical leader who can translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in .NET Core and Angular.
Proven experience in architecting and delivering enterprise-scale applications in regulated industries (healthcare preferred).
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and data modelling.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) .
Strong communication and leadership skills to guide technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and compliance requirements (HIPAA).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Design and develop secure, scalable web applications using .NET Core and Angular, aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI/PII).
Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring interoperability with healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7).
Review, refactor, and optimize existing code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to define scope, clarify objectives, and ensure timely delivery.
Analyze and design complex data models and ETL processes for high-volume healthcare data.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage backlog, and deliver incremental business value within sprint timelines.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and change logs for audit readiness.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing logic and execution paths for critical healthcare workflows.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices across all development activities.
Perform end-to-end development and deployment to a Docker and Kubernetes cluster environment.
