About The Position
This is a technical presales role with our Enterprise Merchant Services team, operating in the Global Sales organization. You will provide technical discovery, product demos, solution design, and integration support for large enterprise merchants located in the United States and Canada. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in a local office expected. The Enterprise Merchant Services team supports our Enterprise Sales function by providing product expertise, presales consulting, technical support, project management, and onboarding assistance for our largest merchant clients. Solutions Engineers are product experts that partner closely with Sales to lead technical discovery and design solutions that meet our customers’ unique business needs.
