Job Summary: The Level 2 Engineer provides intermediate technical support in a professional manner. The Level 2 Engineer is responsible for the provisioning, deployment, and ongoing operations and maintenance of all managed network services for customers and internal customers. This individual will be a member of a team of Engineers within the Network group. The Network Engineer will work the networking ticket queue and directly support our customers escalations.
