About The Position

The incumbent’s primary function and responsibility is developing relationships through business development activities with Realtors, Builders and Centers of Influence in an effort to 100% self-source and originate residential first mortgage and equity loans. The incumbent ensures that members receive exemplary service and a quality mortgage loan origination process in accordance with VyStar mortgage lending policies, practices, and procedures. The incumbent counsels members and obtains the information needed to evaluate credit applications and submit loans to underwriting in accordance with credit policy and service level agreements.
