About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Security Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of security measures for enterprise AI systems, specifically Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, and associated data security technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 security, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies to mitigate emerging risks in AI-driven environments. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, DevOps, AI Council, and compliance experts, to create and adhere to Data policies, standards and controls.

Requirements

• Strong background in Microsoft 365 security.
• Experience with Data Security Posture Management (DSPM).
• Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
