Requirements

  • BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and cGMP requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Experience in leading regulatory and customer audits.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and innovation.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior management decisions.

  • Ability to assess and develop talent within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and allocate people, technology, and financial resources to achieve business goals.
  • Actively share knowledge across multiple functions and contribute to the development of knowledge management processes.
  • Champion and implement innovative ideas, taking calculated risks to drive innovation.
  • Develop solutions to highly complex problems and establish business priorities based on the Division's strategy.
  • Assess talent needs, identify and develop a diverse talent pipeline, and hold managers accountable for their management skills.
  • Manage direct reports, oversee compliance programs, and spearhead process improvement projects to ensure alignment with division goals.
  • Define and implement strategies to achieve results, continuously improve operational performance, and ensure colleague training programs support cGMP requirements.
