About The Position

We're looking for a strategic talent acquisition leader who will revolutionize our approach to finding and securing top talent across our organization. As a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you'll lead a high-performing team while directly partnering with senior business leaders to drive our talent strategy forward. You will develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that align with our business objectives while building a world-class talent acquisition function. You'll be responsible for leading a team of recruiting professionals, establishing best practices, and serving as a trusted talent advisor to senior leadership. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic leadership and hands-on talent acquisition expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate talent market trends into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent people management skills with demonstrated ability to develop and inspire recruiting teams
  • Strategic thinking with ability to balance short-term demands with long-term organizational needs
  • Experience implementing and optimizing recruiting technologies
  • SHRM, HRCI, or talent acquisition certifications strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop departmental plans and establish guidelines for the talent acquisition team, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and goals
  • Provide leadership to managers and recruiting professionals, building capabilities and promoting a culture that challenges the status quo
  • Identify and implement process improvements, optimize recruiting technologies, and analyze metrics to enhance team productivity
  • Build strategic partnerships with senior leadership, providing labor market insights and innovative recruiting approaches
  • Personally handle complex or strategic recruitment assignments, demonstrating best practices while serving as a model talent advisor for complex searches
  • Lead customer-centric transformation efforts, incorporating market insights into talent strategy development
  • Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies to address changing talent landscapes
