About The Position

In this role, you will partner with the Global Finance & Supply Chain SC leader to co-develop a go-to-market model aimed at building a billion-dollar line of business. You will be responsible for recruiting and developing a team of AMS specialists to drive Source-to-Pay Operations as a strategic application platform, enhancing business productivity and innovation. Your duties will include defining programs to enable field sales and solution consulting teams to drive S2P sales, adoption, and value proposition. You will collaborate with the General Manager and Product leads of the Source-to-Pay business unit to create a successful roadmap for the next five years. As a trusted advisor and strategic team member, you will work closely with sales and company executives to understand market conditions, customer requirements, and challenges, assisting in the strategic planning of GTM, solution capabilities, and partnerships. Additionally, you will influence the value model around pricing and packaging, establish relationships with product management, marketing, global sales leadership, and professional services, and drive a customer success focus and a win-as-a-team culture.

Requirements

  • Complete understanding of the needs and challenges facing today's procurement organizations.
  • 5+ years of Solution Consulting experience with finance and procurement solutions or comparable experience with the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Leadership experience in recruiting and developing high-performance teams.
  • Strong drive for results and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Excellent people management skills with a passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles with successful revenue attainment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, marketing, and development.
  • Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for evangelizing capabilities and success on social media.
  • Self-starter with initiative to develop programs for enablement and growth.
