You will develop comprehensive strategies for software development projects, which include defining project requirements, establishing timelines, and setting deliverables to ensure efficient execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience including 2+ years’ experience of leading projects or managing directs.
  • Experience with healthcare claim administration.
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
  • Adept at business intelligence.
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
  • Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with managing provider data at a large health insurer.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee risk assessment processes, resolve production issues, evaluate resource availability, and implement timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices, quality standards, and current trends within the department.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders, to align priorities, address conflicts, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Investigate and assess emerging software technologies, methodologies, and industry developments, leveraging innovative solutions and integrating optimal practices.
  • Provide expert technical direction, make informed decisions, and support the team in overcoming complex challenges.
  • Conduct thorough performance evaluations and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages continuous professional growth.
