As Senior Manager, Sales Operations, you’ll act as the key advisor to Sales. You will partner across Enterprise, Healthcare, and Hospitality verticals to structure high-impact deals that align with both customer needs and financial goals. This role demands sharp pricing instincts, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity. You'll drive scalable processes, elevate deal speed, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in deal strategy, pricing, or commercial enablement, preferably in enterprise or recurring revenue environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and value-based selling.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills. able to influence up, down, and across with data-driven storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and collaboration tools.
  • Operates with integrity, urgency, and a collaborative spirit

  • Experience managing teams through scale or transformation.
  • Recognized for process improvement or commercial leadership.
  • Background in customer deal desks or business case escalation reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Deal Structuring & Strategy: Advise Sales on pricing, RFP responses, custom solutions, and professional service offers. Align deal economics with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Service Delivery to move deals from pitch to close, faster.
  • Pricing & Financial Modeling: Build pricing strategies and models that ensure competitiveness and protect margin.
  • Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline workflows, reduce turnaround time, and increase win rates.
  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Mentor analysts and coordinators; help scale the function with best-in-class tools, templates, and frameworks.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and share KPIs such as deal speed, win/loss trends, cost efficiencies, and profitability insights.
