Our mission in Retail Operations is to provide our retail field teams with planning tools, resources and assets that allows the field the ability to stay up to date and invest more time with retail sales associates across all Samsung product lines. As a Sr. Manager of Program Operations, you will support a field team of 300+ Field Sales Representatives, while managing 3rd party vendor relationships, end to end strategy, program updates, performance and driving weekly priorities in partnership with the Regional Directors. You will collaborate with all Retail Account Channels, Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Technology, Training, After Care, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Field, and Strategy teams to bring operational execution and services to life in retail. As the Sr. Manager of Program Operations, you will be the point of contact for our corporate support teams and retail field teams. Through effective communication, strategic mindset, collaboration, organizational savvy, project management, power point creation and data tracking are vital pieces of the job. As a complex organization, the Sr. Manager of Program Operations will be key in facilitating alignment amongst cross-functional teams. You will gather insights and execute initiatives that improve upon existing field processes and ultimately align to the broader company goals. You will evaluate knowledge and impact through tracking field tools and communication metrics vital to the growth and success of the field programs. This will include calendar management, building performance presentations, and seeking corporate and field feedback. Paying close attention to what works well and what doesn't, the Sr. Manager of Program Operations will be agile in optimizing process and performance changes.
