About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, execution-focused Senior Manager of Program Management to lead and scale our Program Management function within the Product Management Operations organization. In this role, you will oversee a team of Program Managers responsible for driving the execution of high-impact product initiatives across multiple product lines and business areas. As a senior leader, you’ll not only mentor and grow the team—you’ll also define and evolve the operating model, governance structure, and strategic rhythms that underpin how our product organization delivers with speed, clarity, and accountability. This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to ensure aligned planning, smooth execution, and measurable delivery of business value.
