This position provides strategic leadership of the PCA team, overseeing contract lifecycle management, compliance, documentation standards, and team development. The role involves leading process redesign and implementing technology solutions to improve efficiency, workflow automation, contract tracking, and scalability. It also includes developing and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track productivity, turnaround times, and data accuracy, and presenting insights to leadership. The Sr Mgr will partner with Payor Contracting and Legal to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely execution of payor agreements, and oversee collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint) to ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and governance best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, contract administration, project management, or process improvement.

Responsibilities
