The IMSCP Operational Excellence team is essential for enhancing operational efficiency by providing support in data analytics, price management, spend analysis, and supply risk event management, which includes tackling supply issues, coordinating Tiger teams, and assessing performance metrics. This involves collaborating with planning teams to drive advanced Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and strategic initiatives such as inventory optimization and collaborative planning. Additionally, the team actively supports the execution of Supply Risk Assessment (SPRA) and Supply Chain Resiliency initiatives, ensuring proactive measures against potential supply disruptions.
