The Sr. Manager, Implementation and Post Install is responsible for the strategies, processes, tools, personnel, and budget that support the KeepStock (managed inventory solution) installation of large and complex opportunities, large customer-specific deployments, and analysis to improve our customer and field experience as well as the return on our onsite investments. This role is also responsible for our processes regarding customer/field installation feedback and disengagements.

  • Lead a team of 6 to 10 Team Members
  • Provide central support for complex implementations, customer-specific deployments, post-install analysis and support, optimizations, and disengagements
  • Manage feedback process to identify trends and drive process improvements, using CSAT and field feedback
  • Lead team focused on analyzing our current installs and delivering recommendations for optimizations and improving install performance
  • Lead the disengagement process and coordination, ultimately seeking to reduce our disengagements as a percent of total installs
  • Support KeepStock-specific project planning and COE coordination, partnering with the field, sales, and onsite operations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years of Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and influence strategies that support our customers, sales and field partners
  • 5-7 years of managerial experience with demonstrated ability to lead high-performance teams, with balance of strategic and operational priorities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies, results, challenges, and opportunities to all levels within the organization
  • Strong analytical thinking to concurrently assess individual customer opportunities and broader opportunities at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise process change and measurable improvement
  • Ability to influence and build relationships cross-functionally while creating an environment that fosters teamwork to achieve common goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills
