The Sr Mgr IT is responsible for the direct supervision of an agile scrum team, made up of analysts, developers and support engineers. The Sr Mgr IT is responsible for managing and defining a product roadmap and ensuring deliverables are scoped and deployed in a timely manner and according to published team standards. The Sr Mgr IT is responsible for introducing and maintaining highly repeatable and reliable processes, as well as supporting standards and for establishing and leading highly performing, appropriately skilled technical delivery teams.
