Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Enterprise Integration patterns and platforms (APIs, middleware, event-driven integration)
ERP-centric integration, including financials and supply chain systems
M&A integration lifecycle and diligence activities
Strong system-level thinking and architectural judgment
Ability to communicate technical concepts in clear, business-oriented language
Stakeholder management across engineering and business teams
Work independently with minimal oversight
Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous integration environments
Make sound tradeoffs between speed, cost, and long-term sustainability
Comfortable challenging assumptions and decisions constructively
Trusted partner to engineering and delivery teams
8+ years in integration architecture or related roles
Demonstrated experience owning and leading integrations end-to-end, not just producing target-state architecture or reference designs
Prior experience supporting acquisitions strongly preferred

Nice To Haves

Cloud or integration-related certifications preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Lead architecture diligence and integration design for acquisitions, from pre-close through post-close execution
Define and implement integration patterns across Oracle Fusion, legacy ERP’s, data platforms, and adjacent operational systems
Define, document, and enforce integration standards and patterns across acquired entities
Partner with Engineering, Applications, Data, and Security teams to align integration approaches and sequencing
Translate business integration objectives into clear technical decisions and execution plans
Identify integration risks early and reduce rework and late-stage surprises during integrations
Balance speed and pragmatism with architectural coherence across the enterprise
Influence teams and stakeholders to align on integration decisions without direct authority
Provide clear recommendations and say “no” when required, with credibility grounded in integration risk, cost, and delivery impact
