Job Summary The Sr IT Manager is responsible for the organization’s data services and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms, applications, and departments. This role oversees the full software development lifecycle for new and enhanced data services, and support and maintenance of existing services. The Sr IT Manager will lead a team of business systems analysts, engineers, and QA analysts who work collaboratively with business partners to deliver technical solutions that meet their goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years of experience leading data integration and/or enterprise development teams in a formal IT environment.
  • Understanding of data integration patterns, API-led connectivity, and microservice architecture.
  • Leads MuleSoft integration and Master Data platform teams
  • Prior hands-on experience in a technical role such as developer, solution architect, business systems analyst, product owner, or technical project/program manager, with the ability to understand and guide solution design.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and balance multiple initiatives while aligning work to business impact and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing a remote team, including both onshore and offshore resources.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide developers, business system analysts, and QA resources.
  • Solid working knowledge of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement, delivery quality, and data-informed decision-making

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of technical data professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation and excellence.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to create data roadmaps, define requirements, and set priorities for immediate team.
  • Develop work plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives using agile methodologies.
  • Ensure data consistency, quality, and governance across integrated platforms.
  • Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of data pipelines and APIs.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to understand requirements and plan, prioritize and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of integration solutions.
