The Group You’ll Be A Part Of The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. The Impact You’ll Make Leads cross-functional teams that are focused on the delivery of Etch solutions for customers in specialty technologies and advanced packaging. Develops, defines and executes project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Interface with external customers and field-based employees on technical matters. This position is most common in a matrix type organization, where the position has overall customer technical engagement responsibility, i.e. coordinating efforts leading to Etch product and process solutions.
