About The Position
The Senior Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's EHS operating model and compliance. You will guide the engagement and performance management of EHS team members, managing up to 10 employees. This leader integrates EHS policies into broader business strategies, collaborating with leaders to promote a strong culture and risk-aware decision-making. You will oversee regulatory compliance, support company locations with new requirements, and develop effective EHS training and communications while managing external consultants and vendors. You will travel up to 40% to the various locations in an assigned region.
