About the position
The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Strategy at CVS Health plays a crucial role in supporting new growth initiatives and executing key strategic priorities. This position is part of the Enterprise Strategy team, which is responsible for developing the company's long-term strategy, connecting business units to strategic priorities, and exploring growth opportunities. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders across CVS Health's core businesses, including Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness, Health Care Benefits, and Health Services, while navigating complex strategic challenges in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive identification and development of new growth and integrated value opportunities, including scanning market developments and tracking new innovations.
- Lead key qualitative and quantitative analyses, developing business cases and actionable recommendations.
- Manage and drive high priority special projects.
- Support the enterprise strategic planning process.
- Effectively synthesize insights and develop materials for senior executive-level decision-making.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate across the Enterprise Strategy team and with business partners, building strong relationships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession, such as management consulting, corporate development, or financial analysis.
- Expertise in storyboarding and logically framing presentations.
- Demonstrated executive presence with effective communication skills.
- Comfort in ambiguity and ability to simplify complex problems.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment and managing competing priorities.
- Ability to influence internal and external partners.
