About The Position

As a Sr. Manager of AI Development, you will lead, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing technical team while overseeing the management and continuous improvement of Insight’s business-critical AI systems and applications. You will set technical strategy, define standards and security best practices, and ensure solutions align with evolving Artificial Intelligence trends and business needs.
As a Sr. Manager of AI Development, you will guide the career development of a global technical team while ensuring the stability, performance, and evolution of AI‑driven systems and applications. Requirements

• Proven experience managing and motivating high‑performing technical teams in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing business‑critical systems, including applications, infrastructure, and services.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, build trust, and communicate effectively.
• Expertise in industry good‑practice methodologies, security standards, and project management, with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate technical teammates, supporting career development and fostering a high‑performing environment.
• Oversee the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of complex AI systems, applications, and subsystems.
• Define, implement, and ensure compliance with standards for coding, testing, deployment, system configuration, and security.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive end‑to-end solution design, provide strategic technical guidance, and align functional strategy with business goals.
