We are looking for a passionate Sr. MFG Test Software Developer to design, develop and install software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for translating user requirements, defining system functionality, and writing code in various languages and be familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment. Ultimately, the role of the Sr. MFG Test Software Developer is to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.

  • Develop test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes, including creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Create, validate, release, and maintain test software and scripts that automate the testing process.
  • Support and maintain the manufacturing server (L10) and rack (L11) level test software and infrastructure deployed at production facilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of test procedures, specifications, and infrastructure.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing requirements and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in testing technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Define and collaborate on overall test infrastructure and application architectures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1+ years of experience as a Software Developer for software manufacturing test development/sustaining.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree with 0 years of experience is accepted.
  • Proficient in Python programming.
  • Ability to write Linux commands and bash scripts.
  • Experience in managing and deploying hardware firmware and driver updates.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based tools and systems for analyzing and collecting data.
  • Experience in creating and configuring Virtual Machines (VMs) using VMWare.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Gitlab).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in multi-site and multi-cultural environments.
