About The Position

AECOM Tishman has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified MEP Sr. Project Manager with healthcare/ambulatory services/life sciences experience for our exciting construction project in West Chester County (White Plains), NY. Apply today! Directs and manages the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or similar curriculum.
• 10 years of construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Healthcare, ambulatory care, life sciences construction experience.

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager from a large general contractor.
• Strong MEP skills.
• Experience working on construction projects in excess of $30MM.
• Extensive knowledge of construction in the field of healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care or life sciences.
• Experience as a Project Manager performing construction activities in an occupied building.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Project Management documentation proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities
