About The Position
LendingClub is seeking a full-time Creative Strategy Associate to join our Brand and Creative Strategy team and support membership marketing and creative initiatives. This role will collaborate with both internal and external creative resources and cross functional teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns that highlight LendingClub's products and services across multiple channels. As a key contributor to our team, you will play an integral role in driving the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at engaging and supporting our members. You will have a dynamic role that balances strategy creation—such as competitive analysis, brief writing, and identifying testing hypotheses—with hands-on execution, including managing creative development, launching campaigns, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
