Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions.
Manage large-scale projects and operational initiatives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Provide high level analysis and data interpretation in support of strategy development, program implementation and analysis.
Develop meaningful dashboards and presentations that use information to inform and influence business activities and strategies, including senior leaders.
Use a thorough understanding of business objectives to influence solutions that produce new insights and opportunities for the organization.
Lead data analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Mentor and guide junior analysts in their professional development.
Perform complex analyses on programs and initiatives and create visual representations and summary reports of findings.
Partner closely with the IT group to ensure there is a business and technical alignment of the strategic roadmap and projects.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advance Degree preferred.
Certification in LEAN, Kaizen, Six Sigma, PMP, PROSCI or GE CAP is strongly preferred.
Expert analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills with a variety of audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple large projects and/or initiatives.
Experience in process improvement and implementation.
Ability to effectively drive results and influence across teams.
Creative problem solver; comfortable with ambiguity and taking action with limited information.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of business goals and objectives that enhance the likelihood of recommending solutions that align with expected outcomes.
Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a rapidly changing environment.
Demonstrated curiosity to tackle hard and complex business problems using data and analytics to develop meaningful, practical solutions.
