This role supports the provision of timely, evidence-based decisions aligned with payer policy, regulatory requirements, and best clinical practices. The ideal candidate will closely collaborate with utilization management, care coordination, and provider-network engagement teams to support high-quality, cost-effective care delivery in the home setting. What you need to succeed: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board Certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation). Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one state and willingness to get licensure in other states to meet business needs. Residency in a U.S. state is required to meet compliance standards Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience involving patient care Experience in home health, DME, or post-acute care preferred. Experience in utilization management or health plan medical review is highly desirable. Familiarity with NCQA standards as well as CMS Clinical Guidelines preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with physicians, providers, and health plan teams.
