About The Position
The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will partner with Regional Management and Global peers to help drive a customer and employee-focused culture of safety, operational excellence, and consistency across Digital Realty's global footprint. The role will be responsible for developing and implementing global standards and processes to align technical and engineering operations across Digital Realty's global data center portfolio. The position will implement operational strategies, process improvement and performance analytics across infrastructure operation, maintenance and incident management. This role is a key contributor to driving global reliability and will partner with regional leadership to support design & operational improvements, infrastructure failure root cause analysis and identification and implementation of remedial actions.
