As a Sr Technical Validator on the Analysis, Mechanical Design, Technical Validation & Standards Team, you will be a key contributor to technical validation activities for new product development programs within the Aerospace Engineering and Technology, Control Systems (CS) Organization. In this role, you will support technical validation activities for engines, power systems and mechanical controls systems for Aero and UAM aircrafts. Your responsibilities will include the review of drawings for manufacturability, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to industry and internal standards; verify geometric dimensioning and tolerancing to ensure proper fit at next-level assembly; and review 3D model integrity to ensure accurate translation to CAD and CAM tools. You will act as a technical lead for less experienced engineers supporting you. You will also lead continuous improvement efforts including knowledge capture, design standards, tools and process improvements.
