This opportunity is responsible for design and integration of Medium Voltage (MV) air and gas insulated switchgear. They will participate in cross functional teams to define requirements, analyze feasibility, and propose solutions that meet customer needs. Conducts system analysis to resolve tradeoffs and drives integration of system engineering tools and processes across platforms to optimize performance. Manages resolution of system compatibility and performance issues. What do you get to do in this position? Responsible for the design of Medium Voltage air and gas insulated switchgear Accountable for investigating and procuring all data required to develop complex designs. Prepares sketches and/or schematic diagrams. Works independently, exercises latitude and judgment to develop designs with minimal supervision Prepares accurate layout, detail and assembly drawings. Perform mechanical analysis of mechanisms (tolerance, stress, deformation, kinematic) Become adept in Lean Agile practices and team processes Work in a diverse team environment, as well as independently
