The main responsiblities for this position are to create and maintain a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) in line with the company goals by partnering with other functional groups to meet on time deliveries and key performance indicators.
Requirements
- BS or BA in a relevant field such as Supply chain Planning, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in areas such as Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling or related.
- Experience with MRP, ERP, advance planning tool (SAP, Kinaxis, Rapid Response is a plus).
- Knowledge in manufacturing, planning processes, inventory analysis, forecast/demand.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform in-depth data analysis
- Ability to work in global team environment.
- Strong communicator, verbally and written.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor production line certification and ramp for new products by meeting with different teams regularly to understand product development progression status.
- Creates and maintains a raw material and capacity feasible Master Production Schedule
- Assesses demand trend, raw material shifts and capacity constraints to identify risks that could affect the continuity of the supply to prevent interruptions as well as excess to prevent obsolescence while planning a reliable and accurate supply.
- Analyzes root cause of supply gaps to demand and communicates proactively and efficiently with stakeholders across the organization
- Manages and maintains backlog CSDs in alignment to the latest supply plan.
