Requirements

  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement long-term supply chain and sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Advanced in developing and optimizing supply chain processes including procurement, logistics, inventory, and demand planning.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance towards meeting organizational objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: The ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, validate assumptions, and improve supply chain processes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are necessary to coordinate effectively with members, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information flow through transparency grounded in our core values.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead effectively across departments or teams within an organization to achieve shared goals while breaking down silos, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment between diverse perspectives and expertise.
  • Financial Acumen: A deep understanding of financial principles to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability within the supply chain.
  • Risk Management: The ability to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure operational continuity and resilience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and execute supply chain and sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure collaboration and performance focused on quality, reliability, and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with members and leaders at all levels across multiple functions such as finance, manufacturing, and engineering to ensure seamless supply chain integration and alignment.
  • Risk Management and Problem Resolution: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while resolving complex or high-impact issues to maintain operational continuity. Establish short and long-term countermeasures utilizing lean problem-solving tools and methodologies.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and manage members and leaders, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
