DESCRIPTION: How Will You Make an Impact?: As a Sr Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a smooth supply chain and supporting our customers' needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
  • PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience
  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) / WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours
  • Capable of lifting 45lbs repeatedly
  • Competent in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving and escalation management abilities
  • Warehouse environment that is not climate controlled
  • Safety toe shoes are required at all times
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects regularly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers, forklifts)
  • Experience in a cGMP environment

Responsibilities

  • Picking orders and putting material away
  • Conducting cycle counts and receiving inventory
  • Loading and unloading freight
  • Supporting 5S activities
  • Assisting internal customers with issues and escalations
  • Communicating work status and any issues to leadership
