About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Specialist - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and overseeing the strategy and governance of our Customer Data Platform. Your leadership will enable data-driven personalization, segmentation, and activation to enhance customer experiences across various channels. Collaborating closely with partners in technology, privacy, and marketing, you will ensure our data architecture supports effective and compliant marketing initiatives globally. Your contributions will be pivotal in advancing our marketing technology ecosystem and fostering organizational capabilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in data strategy, marketing technology, or digital transformation roles.
  • Proven success in leading customer data unification projects.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and audience activation across marketing channels.
  • Experience in defining segmentation frameworks and data integration roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of privacy and compliance regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
  • Experience collaborating with InfoSec and Technology teams in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic vision and roadmap for the Customer Data Platform to support marketing and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the CDP adoption framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance and privacy standards.
  • Lead the segmentation and audience strategy to enable precise targeting and measurement across channels.
  • Identify and prioritize data sources for integration into the CDP, ensuring relevance to marketing use cases.
  • Collaborate with MarTech, CRM, and Analytics teams to design scalable data flows between systems.
  • Partner with InfoSec and Privacy teams to uphold data protection and ethical data practices.
  • Manage external vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Define KPIs to measure data activation efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in CDP and data privacy to guide platform evolution.
  • Drive organizational training to increase adoption and maturity of CDP capabilities.
