The Marketing Strategy organization is responsible for driving consumer demand and achieving revenue goals for Disney Experiences (DX) as well as supporting overall The Walt Disney Company initiatives. Our goal is to deliver growth for W alt D isney W orld and contribute to the overall company performance. The team achieves these goals by developing commercial and communication strategies and partnering with cross-discipline teams to create campaigns that drive consumer behavior. The team also oversees the management of the plans to ensure each campaign or program is maximized across a wide range of marketing tactics. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this individual will support the Disney Springs business under the Walt Disney World portfolio, creating marketing strategies that support overall business goals and initiatives. This leader should be able to navigate the organization to mobilize partners, influence decisions, distill complex projects, analyze research or business results, and execute critical work. This candidate will exhibit confidence and autonomy to elevate work strategically, guide diverse functional groups and persuade leaders , including senior leadership and executive s . This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal oversight in day-to-day execution.
