The Prime Air Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to own initiatives that drive brand awareness, program adoption, and new business growth. This role is a strategic partner within the organization, contributing to business goals and driving the team to deliver with operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic data-driven problem solver with exceptional communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, and a passion for leading customer-centric projects. Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga

Nice To Haves

  • Experience analyzing data quantitatively and using customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, identifying opportunities, and assessing the efficacy of marketing programs
  • Experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Drive the adoption of best practices, sharing insights and mechanisms to improve processes and results
  • Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing business reviews
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce reports for leadership
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance scalability for global campaigns
  • Support the build and maintenance of standards and systems for knowledge management (e.g., SOPs, best practices, processes)
