The Amazon Ads Marketing Operations team is looking for an experienced Sr. Operations Program Manager to lead the operations function of our owned channels, identifying and developing new processes and programs to help us scale. This role will be responsible for productivity and efficiency goals, driving scalable improvements across the project lifecycle, and developing new solutions for key programs like AI integration and production training. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will have to partner with and influence global stakeholder groups across marketing, editorial, UX, product, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate must be an effective leader with excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and be able to operate at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (writing documents, analyzing data, and solving problems). This role will have the opportunity to help shape a core experience on the website for our team.
