About The Position

Join AstraZeneca's Lung Cancer Franchise, a leader in the industry with a promising pipeline dedicated to supporting lung cancer patients. As a Senior Marketing Manager for EGFR Lung Cancer, you'll work alongside inspiring marketing leaders who empower you to excel. This role offers the chance to innovate and create dynamic patient opportunities, rather than following the same path repeatedly. You'll report to the Marketing Operations Director and play a pivotal role in solidifying our leadership in the EGFR landscape, one of the most innovative and competitive areas in oncology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific or business discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial experience, marketing preferred.
  • Experience in market-focused roles, including leadership of agency partners to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering marketing projects that generate measurable customer impact within pharmaceutical environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in NPP and personal promotion activities, including external stakeholder management with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial launch plans and monitor business success.
  • Join an agile, high-functioning team to support the strategy and execution for the commercial success of the franchise.
  • Implement brand strategies and develop derivative materials.
  • Execute tactical plans and integrate feedback.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and manage budgets and KPIs.
  • Lead projects and facilitate advisory boards.
