About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager, Carrier Screening & UX will develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive adoption of and promote Natera's genetic tests, UX offerings, and patient education tools to OBGYN / IVF providers and their patients. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing marketing team and create multi-channel campaigns for market-leading products that impact healthcare for millions of patients. This role reports to the Associate Director, Carrier Screening & IVF.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HCP and patient marketing campaigns, content, and engagement tactics to communicate the value and drive adoption of Horizon carrier screening and support services.
  • Drive marketing strategy to collaborate on product / UX roadmap to uniquely position Natera's tests and support services for the IVF market.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, UX, patient experience, sales, medical, and leadership to understand customer needs and inform offerings.
  • Create and execute marketing plans to increase awareness and ensure the promotion of key Horizon and cross-portfolio messages through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research on customer drivers, competitive landscape, and effectiveness of messaging to refine marketing strategy.
  • Identify and size business opportunities by creating business cases and financial models.
  • Effectively manage marketing projects, timelines, vendors and budget.
  • Track and improve ROI for marketing programs.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required; MBA/Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, which includes healthcare product marketing, product management, sales, medical affairs or strategic consulting experience.
  • Experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics required. Women's Health experience preferred.
