About The Position

The Senior MarTech Associate is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling our lifecycle marketing ecosystem. This role owns the technical execution and design of multi-channel lifecycle communications—including email, push, in-product messaging, SMS, and WhatsApp—while partnering closely with Marketing, CRM Business Solutions, Data, and external vendors to deliver high-impact, compliant, and scalable customer journeys. This individual combines strong marketing technology expertise with hands-on design and execution skills to improve email quality, develop reusable drag-n-drop templates, implement a robust subscription center, and enable new lifecycle channels that drive engagement and growth. They translate lifecycle strategy into well-orchestrated, automated customer journeys within Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and supporting platforms.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in marketing technology, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with Braze (strongly preferred) including multi-channel orchestration (Comparable marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or HubSpot acceptable with relevant multi-channel experience)
  • Strong expertise in email design, HTML/CSS, and building reusable, brand-compliant drag-n-drop templates
  • Proven experience building and executing multi-channel lifecycle journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-product messaging
  • Experience implementing and managing subscription centers and preference management
  • Solid understanding of data integrations, APIs, and marketing automation workflows
  • Strong knowledge of deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM), and email best practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, CRM Business Solutions, Data, and external partners
  • Detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable owning both strategy execution and hands-on implementation

  • Experience scaling lifecycle programs in a high-volume or fast-growing environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Set up, implement, and optimize lifecycle marketing channels including email, push, in-product messaging, SMS, and WhatsApp
  • Build, execute, and maintain automated, behavior-driven, multi-channel customer journeys
  • Design, build, test, and deploy branded emails and multi-channel templates to improve quality, consistency, and speed to market
  • Lead the design and implementation of a subscription center, enabling granular customer preferences and opt-down capabilities
  • Manage marketing data integrations, automations, workflows and reporting in partnership with CRM Business Solutions, Data, and external integration vendors
  • Ensure CAN-SPAM, MiFID and channel-specific compliance, deliverability best practices, and operational excellence across all lifecycle programs
  • Improve lifecycle marketing efficiency by creating QA standards, scalable processes, documentation, and reusable assets for the broader team
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms and channels and serve as a subject-matter expert for lifecycle MarTech and Braze
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate lifecycle marketing strategies into technical requirements and executed solutions
