Job Overview Set up and maintain production equipment to meet schedule demands. Ensure compliance to all specifications (Operational and Maintenance). Assist Engineers with assigned tasks. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent with strong mechanical abilities with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing and engineering.
Basic Knowledge of hydraulics, electric and basic tools. ASIN in Engineering disciplines a plus.
Computer experience in word processing software.
Ability to read blueprints. Trouble shooting, maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electricity.
Ability to communicate well with fellow workers both verbally and in writing.
Able to work with minimal direction. Ability to understand process flow charts

Responsibilities

Set up production machines and equipment including but not limited to, test equipment, welder units,
Assist Engineers with assigned tasks.
Maintain all production equipment following maintenance schedule.
Maintain maintenance logbooks and equipment history records.
Ensure adequate replacement parts are available for all production equipment.
Submit requests for Q.E. services for pin and mold qualifications.
Coordinate machine changeovers for shift/part number changes.
