The role involves prioritizing production schedules based on factors such as product launches, equipment efficiency, and material availability. Responsibilities include devising and executing procedures and budgets, offering recommendations on budgetary allocations, including capital expenditures and labor costs, and determining manpower needs and scheduling for designated areas. The Senior Manufacturing Manager provides leadership to the production team, striving to enhance customer satisfaction through timely delivery of high-quality products.
