You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Woburn, MA location on a Hybrid/ On-site work schedule. The Production Supervisor will take key responsibility to include developing assembly strategies, managing capacity plans and resources, coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or production Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years' experience in electronics manufacturing
  • Computer literate using Microsoft software
  • Experience ensuring quality and lessons learned with flow diagrams, PFMEA’s, control plans and quality inspection plans
  • Identifies and recommends new or improved manufacturing processes and technical developments
  • Drive and passion to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be creative
  • In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license) as this role requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the manufacturing engineering team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost savings
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster professional growth and development
  • Ability to use own initiative to ‘troubleshoot’ problems in Production areas
