Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and (4) four years of experience within the Medical Devices Industry.
Bilingual: Spanish and English
Soft Skills: Excellent Technical Team leader skills
Shift: Administrative, and according to business needs.
Experience in:
Test Method Validation (IQ/PD/OQ/PQ) and CSV
Manufacturing documentation changes
Equipment Validation
Equipment relocation and Incoming inspection.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
Execute equipment & test method validations, perform manufacturing procedure changes.
Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level specialists; may manage projects/processes.
Inspects the performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action for problems.
Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline.
Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
Contributes to the completion of work group objectives through building relationships and consensus to reach agreements on assignments.
Innovation and Complexity: Problems and issues faced are difficult and may require an understanding of multiple issues, job areas, or specialties.
