Requirements

BSEE or higher with 5+ years of experience in RF microwave electronics manufacturing or design (required)
Strong knowledge of RF microwave circuitry and components (required)
Proficiency in RF/Microwave tuning and alignment under a microscope (required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment (required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data-driven reporting (required)
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

Responsibilities

Support production teams to resolve technical issues and maintain schedule
Generate manufacturing and test documentation for first-time builds and investigations
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges impacting production runs
Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, test procedures, and documentation
Provide training and technical guidance to manufacturing personnel and mentor junior engineers
Tune and troubleshoot RF microwave circuits down to the component level
Collaborate with design engineers to optimize circuit performance and manufacturability
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and yield enhancement
Manage obsolescence redesign and qualification for legacy product support
